It's been more than 10 years since our life began at the nursing home. I have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire staff who make up this great family for their professionalism, careful treatment, and affection with which they carry out their work at all levels, as well as the homely and family-like love with which they treat our loved one. As a family member, I am grateful for the closeness and, above all, humanity with which they treat us. A special mention must go to the director of the San Sebastián nursing home (Nati), for all her dedication, support, and personal help she has provided us whenever we have needed it.

Never in my life could I have imagined finding a residence where my mother would be so well cared for. Every time I called, I received an immediate response and communication with her. I was always kept informed of developments and events, both good and bad. A professional, caring, and empathetic team was always willing to help us and handle any procedure, arrangement, or action for my mother's well-being. I have never seen such clean and well-maintained facilities. The food is exceptional. I had the opportunity to try it on three occasions when I fed my mother, and I can only say that if the residence's kitchen had a restaurant, I would be a regular customer. Everything is homemade and delicious. The San Sebastián Residence is a joyful, safe, and warm home for our elderly residents, filled with both natural and human warmth. Neither I, nor anyone who loved my mother, will ever be able to adequately thank the San Sebastián Residence for all the good they did for her during the years she lived happily there. Right now I'm crying tears of sorrow for the loss of my mother, but also tears of joy remembering how happy she was surrounded by so many people who loved her, cared for her, and watched over her day and night. For us, this house is the best thing that has happened to my mother in her final years. THANK YOU SO MUCH ONCE AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING.

More than a nursing home, it's a home for our seniors. The humane treatment they provide, both to residents and their families, is unbeatable. They're caring, friendly, and professional. They always have a smile when dealing with people. They always show exquisite care for our family members. Unfortunately, having a family member (in this case, my mother) in the care of someone else is a delicate and worrying issue, but since she's been there, that concern has been minimized. From the center's director to the assistants, including nurses, cooks, and physiotherapists... everyone gives their all to ensure the residents are as well as they can be. The hygiene of both the facility and the residents is another point to consider. Always impeccable! I definitely recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for humane, personal, and professional care for their family member. I can only speak highly of praise and gratitude for the work they do.
