Opiniones

My grandfather lives here, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care and attention he receives every day. From the very first moment, the team showed us warmth, professionalism, and above all, great compassion. It's located in a wonderful area, and the views of the Alhambra from the terrace are incredible. The facilities are very well maintained, clean, and adapted to the needs of the elderly. It's clear that there's a genuine concern for the well-being and comfort of all the residents. They also organize activities that keep them active and engaged, something that helps my grandfather tremendously in his daily life. All the staff are very attentive, so my family and I have great peace of mind knowing that my grandfather is in good hands and cared for with love and respect. I wholeheartedly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to live in Granada. For us, it was an excellent decision.

This residence, located very close to the Paseo de los Tristes, stands out for its modern and welcoming facilities; it doesn't feel like a typical nursing home. It offers many high-quality services, including healthcare professionals (doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, etc.) and extra amenities such as a hair salon, library, cinema room, and rehabilitation room. The rooms are fully equipped with fold-down beds and adapted bathrooms, and the staff is very friendly. Each room is named after the resident to make them feel at home. There is a central courtyard and a terrace with views of the Alhambra, furnished with benches and numerous potted plants.

I've had my aunt stay at this residence for the last year, and it's been a very positive experience. It's a real HOME, and not just because of the kindness with which she was treated in her final years. From the moment I set foot in this residence, I was treated wonderfully! From the social worker to the young woman at reception, to the staff upstairs in the lounges and bedrooms. They plan their meals, and sometimes family members can come and share this moment with them! Totally recommendable!

Delighted with the staff. Very attentive, and it shows in the patients' spirits. The facilities are always impeccable, and the treatment with the management is unbeatable. After visiting several nursing homes, I couldn't be more satisfied with having chosen one that truly cares about the residents. Thank you, team.

A well-known and highly-rated care home. However, it's a complete disgrace. My grandmother was there, and I had to take her out. They weren't eating anything, they were neglected—the complete opposite of what we were promised. If you care about your family, don't put them here. Very expensive, lack of medical staff and proper care. A dump.
