It's a beautiful building, and unlike other senior residences, it's well-lit with a pleasant smell, has lovely gardens, and is fully accessible for wheelchair users. The staff is very qualified. It's also close to the town center and a bus stop.

After trying several care homes for my uncle, I followed some recommendations and found Perpetuo Socorro. I was surprised by the attention, and especially by the warmth and kindness of the staff towards residents and their families, something I've experienced that doesn't usually happen in other care homes. This creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels very welcome, as my uncle does. I also think it's worth highlighting the variety of facilities, such as the sensory room, physiotherapy room, cinema room, and even a hair salon. I believe this center is committed to inclusivity, offering a diverse range of activities and working to improve the health of many of its residents. I'm so glad I found this care home for my uncle; I recommend it wholeheartedly!

My sister, Felisa, lived in this residence for twelve years. I consider all its members my sister's family, and therefore, my own. A wonderful family; they have always treated us as such. Even though Felisa is no longer here, I would like to remain a part of this institution. I feel a deep affection for them. I will always remember them and be profoundly grateful.

This center has healthcare professionals who should be dedicated to something other than caring for the elderly. I'm a healthcare professional and I know what I'm talking about. It's clear that we can't lump together the rest of the professionals who have the patience, empathy, and professionalism required in this challenging yet rewarding profession. I would ask the company responsible to make a better selection of the professionals they hire and, of course, that the nurse/patient ratio be appropriate for the number of users. This would avoid certain situations and work overload.
