Honestly, I can't believe the negative comments I read from other people. I don't know what their intention is, other than trying to worry those of us who have a family member there. I go every day, and the treatment and atmosphere are very warm and welcoming. The doctor, the nurses, the assistants, the therapists, the other family members—absolutely everyone who works there is kind, attentive, and professional. Nothing is perfect in this world, and blaming others for the whims of fate, for the delay in getting a family member there, or for the severity of their condition seems neither ethical nor fair to me. Words cannot express my gratitude for the care they give us grandparents and our families.

A week after my relative was admitted, we decided to take her out and look for another care home. Within a week, her condition deteriorated very rapidly. She didn't receive the care she needed, despite our daily insistence on the need and the obvious and rapid decline she was experiencing. I don't want to use harsh words to describe the treatment and the lack of attention from the medical and physical professionals she received. It's not the place to take a highly dependent relative. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to move her to a place better suited to her situation where she could receive better care and medical attention. We admitted her to the emergency room, but it was too late.

This nursing home is more than disastrous, it could be considered a slaughterhouse. They kept information about my father from us, due to the treatment, poor care, and the most absolute and cruel neglect. They created a bedsore on his hip and part of his right leg, so that the bone was visible. And they kept all of this from us. Because of this, my father is no longer with us. In addition to many other acts of negligence. My father suffered from Alzheimer's and died from the bedsore they caused. DO NOT LEAVE ANY FAMILY IN THIS RESIDENCE.

Excellent residence. My mother lives there and she's delighted. I go every day and the atmosphere is unbeatable. Speaking with staff and management about certain comments on Google, they tell me they're from former employees who were laid off... Quite unfair, actually.

ATTENTION FAMILY MEMBERS!!! The OWNER of the residence "allegedly" attempts to pressure/force her staff to act in an undignified, inhumane, or unprofessional manner toward the residents (e.g., not providing their corresponding food rations because they claim to be leaving leftovers; not having enough food or rations for the grandparents who live there; demanding that the staff only give the grandparents coffee with milk and day-old stale bread for breakfast; not cleaning the rooms daily due to a lack of staff, etc.). Because these instructions or orders sometimes reach the ears of other caretakers at the residence, they never actually happen. The problem arises when this isn't the case. I hope this anonymous review, made by several of the staff there who prefer to remain anonymous to avoid retaliation, will prompt someone responsible, inside or outside the residence, to oversee this "alleged" inappropriate behavior by the supposed owner. This will give us peace of mind that our seniors are well cared for and afforded the dignity they deserve. And above all, to avoid having to expose photos or videos of these acts through any means.
