Opiniones

I completely disagree with the way it works in every way. Considering the monthly price a user pays, it doesn't even deserve a single star. For my part, the rating on a scale of 0 to 10 is 0 to the highest power. What a scam and poor service; that's what you call a lack of empathy and humanity.

The best thing you can find when you're in need is a place where you feel like you're in your second home, because what truly matters isn't luxury, but affection and care, that they care about you as a person. Here, they strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible and become your second family. In my experience, the service is exceptional; I recommend it wholeheartedly.

In my opinion, this residence doesn't deserve even one star. For several reasons: First: Zero empathy for the residents; they're just another number to them, as I've seen every day I've visited. Second: I never saw them registering visitors. Three: Too little staff to care for our elderly residents; there are only two people per shift to give them dinner and take them to bed in the afternoons. Four: The care my relative received was terrible. She was in her room, and no one came to check on her. Fifth: Every time we visited, I had to ask for water to keep her hydrated, and she drank three or four glasses of water, in addition to having to give her even the gelatin. Sixth: I had to give her dinner many times because the nurses were stressed. Seventh: I'd rather not talk about the hygiene situation, as I don't have enough space. I'll just say that they had a sign in the bathrooms indicating the resident's name was to be bathed once a week. Eighth: The director only knows how to say the residents are fine when it's not true. They haven't even bothered to ask how my relative is doing in the hospital, or offer their condolences. Ninth: Very basic food and a kitchen so small that no more than three people can fit in it. Tenth: Poor coordination in administering medication. And I won't go on because if I did, I'd never finish. They're certainly quick to collect payment and add clauses, though. So, you'll have to live with your conscience. I hope this review helps others speak out. I hope for at least a simple "I'm sorry" from the director, and that she doesn't hide. Regards.

I've read the previous reviews and I'm amazed. My relative was perfectly cared for. The caring assistants were constantly attentive to her. They kept us fully informed about her health, medication, and nutrition. Indeed, her condition worsened over time, but logically, due to her age and her medical conditions, we can't blame the nursing home for the end of this stage of her life.

I'm giving it one star because I'm not satisfied with the experience. During the time my grandmother was at this care home, we noticed several worrying situations. The hygiene conditions didn't seem adequate, and there were many flies that even landed on the residents. On several occasions, my grandmother was taken to the hospital for dehydration, and when we visited her, we noticed she was drinking large amounts of water, which led us to believe she wasn't properly hydrated. We brought her special food, like baby food, to make it easier for her to eat, and she always seemed to have a good appetite. Furthermore, there was a significant decline in her physical condition: she arrived at a healthy weight, but over time she lost a lot of weight. We also noticed a change in her ability to speak and move, something that hadn't happened before she was admitted. When she passed away, we were informed at the hospital that she was severely dehydrated. This raised serious concerns for us about the care she received at the care home. Regarding the refund policy, we believe it doesn't reflect the actual number of days of stay, which we consider unfair. Therefore, I recommend carefully evaluating this option before making a decision. In response to your reply, I did visit the residence, so it seems your visit management isn't working correctly. I have photos with my grandmother there, and if you'd like to see them, they're from October 29th. I've attached a photo with faces blurred because I don't think they should be online, but you can see the background of your residence. As I understand it, my family has already shared this information with you. The message has been edited; I hope this clarifies my communication. Sincerely.
