La Residencia geriátrica Santa Bárbara presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: la mayoría de usuarios elogia el trato profesional y atento del personal, la limpieza, las actividades recreativas y la comunicación constante con las familias, reportando residentes felices y bien cuidados; sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que denuncia maltrato, negligencia, ropa sucia y medicación forzada, lo que sugiere posibles inconsistencias en la calidad del servicio o experiencias muy diferentes según circunstancias específicas.

Excellent service... my grandmother is very well looked after... attentive to them at all times... any change in the elderly person's health is not long in coming to inform you... and they even make video calls when you can't visit them, and they seem happy... Carnival... Christmas festivities... they are the real stars there!!!! It couldn't be more peaceful!!

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. A prison. Darkness. Unchanged, dirty clothes, malnourished, and worst of all, mistreated by the staff (there are exceptions). They force you to accept medication for restraint so they can avoid responsibility. A terrible experience. Thankfully, we got our relative out in time.
