El Centro residencial El Balcón de Cúllar cuenta con un equipo profesional y cuidadoso que genera una atmósfera positiva y acogedora, destacándose por sus instalaciones impecables y la dedicación de su personal, especialmente en actividades y atención personalizada. Sin embargo, existe una crítica significativa respecto a cambios en la gestión bajo la Fundación Geron, con preocupaciones sobre empatía en la dirección, lo que contrasta con las valoraciones mayoritariamente excepcionales de otros usuarios que lo recomiendan sin dudas.

Yesterday I attended the Christmas carol performance and it was wonderful. The care the staff shows the residents is truly admirable, as is the overall positive atmosphere and the fantastic job they did putting on this performance. As the director says, enthusiasm is the driving force of life at any age. Congratulations on being such excellent professionals and, above all, for the love you share! 🥰🥰🥰

An excellent place for our seniors. It rivals any luxury hotel. And the staff are exceptionally professional and caring. The facilities are immaculate and everything is very clean. If the day ever comes when I need to live in a senior living facility, I would never hesitate. This would be my choice, without a doubt.
