I am M. Jesus. My sister, M. Carmen López Alonso (Lola), passed away last October. She had been in this residence for a year and a half. I can only express my gratitude to all the staff at the center, from the management, social workers, and administrators to the nurses, caregivers, cleaners, dining room staff, and receptionists. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by their smiles and kindness. My sister had very advanced cognitive impairment, but she went from irritability to serenity upon entering the residence. They treated her with great care and respect. It's like one big family; they're well cared for and supervised, but it's such a large and beautiful place (with a huge outdoor garden where they can walk if their condition allows, and another lovely indoor garden where they can breathe in nature and freedom, but without the risk of getting lost if they become disoriented). I truly feel that my sister has been in the best hands. I've felt so at ease having her there. I reiterate my gratitude for the loving and humane treatment, for the joy that the staff radiates. I also can't forget the residents, who are so warm and welcoming. I feel like a piece of my heart has stayed there! Thank you so much! ❤️

We visited for the first time after calling to arrange things to avoid crowds. The staff is very friendly. The COVID-19 safety measures are quite adequate. The visiting room is very spacious, and the outdoor garden is a wonderful place to take a walk with the person we were visiting. The ramp is a bit awkward to access if you have difficulty walking. A very pleasant atmosphere.

No entiendo como una residencia con una organización tan nefasta en la gestión de su personal pueda tener una nota tan alta. La escasez del personal no permite que la asistencia a las residentes sea de calidad, provocando, a su vez, que la fatiga y el estrés por demasiada carga de trabajo a sus trabajadores pueda trascender en errores que afecten a las residentes. Espero que puedan solventar este gran problema, porque al final los que más sufren son los que menos culpa tienen, las residentes.

This women's senior residence is a non-profit religious sisterhood. We provide exceptional, personalized care to our residents, which they undoubtedly deserve. We are currently renovating and expanding our facilities. It is very well located, just a short walk from the center of Granada.
