Writing this review is very, very difficult for me, but I believe it is absolutely necessary. With this text, I want to emphasize the importance of caring for our elders at a stage of their lives when they are defenseless and vulnerable. For this reason, their care must be exceptional, with empathy shining through at every moment (they are people, not bank checks). In our case, this has not been the case. In very difficult times, we have received neither help nor comfort; on the contrary, we have faced obstacles and headaches due to malpractice, which clearly demonstrates the "business" that our elders represent. Now we must mourn the absence of our loved one and fight to ensure their passing is as they deserve. Ladies and gentlemen, our elders are the ones who have given us the opportunities we have today, who have worked incredibly hard without resources so that we can live as we do... and AT THE VERY LEAST, THEY DESERVE PERSONAL TREATMENT AND CARE. We have lost our family member, you should examine your consciences for all that you have NOT done.
