We want to express our sincerest gratitude to the entire team at the residence, led by Lidia, who have transformed a care home into a true home, for the love, dedication, and care they provided to our father during his time with you. Their exceptional professionalism, compassion, and patience ensured he felt cared for and supported at all times, and gave our family the peace of mind of knowing he was in the best hands. Everything I can say is positive. From the facilities: spacious, clean, well-furnished, bright, two large patios... to, of course, the wonderful professionals who work there. They have made the stay of the relative who stayed there feel like a home. I am truly grateful to them; they are great professionals, but above all, great people. It's difficult to deal with elderly people with different needs and dependencies, but I have never seen a bad attitude toward any of them; quite the contrary. They are very well cared for, not only by meeting their physical and material needs but also, most importantly, their emotional needs. I want to thank the entire staff on behalf of my family and myself, but I have to make a special mention of Nieves, one of the housekeepers. You have been a key and indispensable part of my uncle's life. Without you, your empathy, and your commitment, nothing would have been the same. You've made me trust you as if you were part of the family, and above all, you've given me a love, trust, and affection for which I will be eternally grateful.
