Aunque la mayoría de usuarios expresan satisfacción total, existe una crítica aislada sobre disponibilidad y atención en ciertos momentos, aunque reconoce el buen trabajo de áreas como trabajo social y psicología.

Very welcoming and clean, but if I had to highlight one thing, it would be the quantity (and quality) of its staff. The first thing we should look at in a place is how many staff members are available to care for our loved one in each area, and in this case, I give it 5 stars for the investment they've made in staff to improve the quality of life for their residents. The Day Care Unit service is also excellent.

I don't even know why I went to have it explained to me and he didn't have time to attend to the family members. On the other hand, the social worker and the psychologist treated us excellently.
