My mother has been in the residence for eight years, and I have nothing but praise for it. The staff are incredibly kind, the residents are happy, and there's plenty of outdoor space for walks. A special mention goes to Mariola, the director, the caregivers, and the nursing staff. Thank you for so much love.

Anyone familiar with the María Zayas Senior Residence knows it's an exceptional place for older adults. The care is personalized, and the staff is highly professional and caring. My brother, who suffered from Alzheimer's, lived in this residence until he passed away. We couldn't have chosen a better place for him to receive the best possible care. All the staff—from the doctor, nurses, caregivers, receptionists, cleaners, kitchen and cafeteria staff, hairdresser, and of course, the director—gave my brother all the love and dedication he needed.
