El Centro Residencial Fonseca cuenta con un equipo altamente profesional y dedicado que proporciona atención empática y de calidad a los residentes, ganándose la gratitud y confianza de las familias por su cuidado diario y disposición para resolver problemas. Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones puntuales sobre la gestión administrativa de pertenencias y decisiones sobre infraestructuras que afectan el bienestar de los mayores, aunque estas no opakan el reconocimiento generalizado hacia la labor del personal.

The Fonseca Residence is where my father spent his final days. He was surrounded by great professionals who cared for him and made him feel very well. As he himself said, he was happy there. I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff there and congratulations on their great work and performance. Thank you so much for everything.

My grandmother has been attending the Day Center at the Residence, and I can only express my gratitude for the love and care she has received. A special mention goes to Fernando, whom my grandmother called "Nene" and always spoke highly of because he has been so loving towards her. Thank you, Fernando! Thank you to the entire team for their hard work and dedication every day.

It's incredible. Not only is there a lack of organization with my father-in-law's lost clothes, but to make matters worse, they're installing solar panels on the ground of the terrace designed to provide fresh air and sun for our elderly guests. The ground is badly covered, and from what I understand, the gardener is doing it. Disgraceful!!!

My grandfather has been in the care home for five years, and the truth is, the staff and the treatment he receives have always been incredibly helpful. They resolve any issues quickly, and it's easy to get in touch with them. Even during difficult times, the staff have done everything they can to ensure the residents are well cared for. My only complaint is that I wish the visits could be longer, but otherwise, we are very happy with the care my grandfather receives.
