It would be 0 because it's not worth a star. I speak from my in-laws' experience. From the beginning, they made everything very nice, but the food was disgusting, so they had to go out to restaurants. After my mother-in-law passed away, everything got worse. My father-in-law lost more than 10 kilos because he couldn't go out to restaurants. Then, in the end, when we kicked my father-in-law out, the deposit took 6 months to be returned, and they don't give you the full amount because they deduct the cost of painting the apartment, which wasn't finished when my in-laws moved in.

Since COVID started, they've left my father in the nursing home and charged for the apartment and the residence. The times I've been able to visit him, he looked unkempt, even though he had good clothes and shoes in the apartment. The food was terrible, and he lost 10 kilos in five months. Getting him out of there was a real problem, and they were informed of the day and time to pick him up. And now I'm having trouble getting them to return the full deposit, finding excuses not to. Don't bring your parents in unless you don't love them, and it will be a punishment.

The food was very bad, my father gained 10 kg in just a few months. They gave him cookies, coffee with milk and sugar, etc., even though my father is diabetic. During the lockdown, they did the bare minimum and even less so that I could visit. The promised services for the apartment were not fulfilled, as they did not come in at night. Due to the lockdown, my father had to go to the residence. They billed us for cleaning the apartment while he was still in the residence. When we went to empty the apartment, we saw that it hadn't been cleaned. We found a pair of pants and underwear full of dried feces. The toilet was also filthy, dust, rotten fruit, etc. The guarantee of a little over €1,000 was returned to €470. I asked for the invoices for the expenses, but they didn't answer me or send me copies. In short, it's a rip-off. I don't recommend this residence under any circumstances. It's unprofessional. They sell it as very nice, but then they offer very little. They charge for everything and at exorbitant prices (750€ for a shower screen that doesn't even cost 250€ at Roymerlin).

Very good residence. Cleanliness, hygiene, modern facilities. Very friendly, empathetic and sensitive staff. Both with residents and relatives. Entering a loved one in a residence for the elderly is not easy at all, there are always doubts and feelings of guilt. But, seeing the professionalism, patience and affection they have had with us (the same that I assume for all residents) from here I thank you for everything. You are great.!!! A 10 IN EVERYTHING!!!

That they don't let a mother who wanted me and her child get in the car for a moment. This is summed up by having no heart. A cousin who doesn't speak Catalan, antipathy and lack of feelings and sensitivity. Staff unadapted to any request and they don't want to have more work for that reason they make excuses about schedules, rules...it wasn't the first time. I don't recommend that any child take their mother there, she wanted to be in me and they didn't let her for 5 minutes. and I how do you think one can feel. They have no heart.
