La Residencia Torreblanca recibe principalmente valoraciones positivas por su ubicación agradable, el ambiente acogedor y la dedicación de la mayoría del personal, especialmente los cuidadores y enfermeras como Marta, Sandra y Eva, así como uno de los cocineros. Sin embargo, existen críticas consistentes sobre la calidad inconsistente de la atención médica y algunos miembros del personal que no ofrecen el nivel de cuidado esperado, lo que genera una experiencia desigual entre los residentes.

The residence is in a lovely location; you can hear the birds from the rooms. The staff seem very friendly. There are two cooks; the male cook is excellent and very kind, but the female cook leaves much to be desired. Then there's the doctor... The elderly residents are poorly cared for; she doesn't listen and is unpleasant. I understand that she might be fed up with so many elderly people "in her care," but if she's not happy with her job, she should go somewhere else. The residents deserve her full attention.

My father has been at the Torreblanca residence for 2 weeks and has adapted quickly and positively. The attention from the management, specialists and workers we have dealt with so far has been fantastic. For the family, seeing that what we thought would be a bit traumatic for everyone, has been an easy, quick and reassuring step for everyone. The environment is ideal and we appreciate that they take them for a walk around the town. Thank you very much team!
