*Important*: Be very careful with the management of RESIDÈNCIA SANT OLEGUER. I am a supplier who was entrusted with a job more than two years ago (web and other advertising work) for months without being paid, and without prior notice, the management broke the commercial agreement. Through lawyers we sent burofaxes, without response. The job is still pending payment for more than 2 years.

Years ago, I left a bad review due to the management by the previous owners. My mother (a staff member) wasn't treated fairly. Since the change of ownership, my mother has returned and is currently doing well. And that's what it's all about: being treated fairly, especially when I know she does her job with the best of intentions. I sincerely hope everyone (staff and residents alike) feels as comfortable as possible at the residence.

Some assistants treat elderly residents who religiously pay their monthly allowances for care and attention with contempt. This monthly allowance contributes to their salaries. It's shameful to see how they laugh at disabled people without considering that no one knows what awaits each of us in life. I don't question the good work of the nursing home in general, but I do question some assistants who have no vocation for service and shouldn't provide such care. The general management should remedy this situation because it makes you want to take your loved ones away.
