The residents are left on their own for hours. They need to hire an extra private member of staff in order to be able to go out or to the terrace for fresh air. A disgrace!

Please be more careful with safety. Yesterday, while visiting my deceased grandmother, I slipped in the hallway. The floor had just been cleaned, but the cleaning lady hadn't warned us or put up any signs about the danger. When I told her, instead of apologizing, she responded rudely. Now I have a bruised elbow. What if it hadn't been me, but an elderly person who had fallen hard and broken their hip, for example? Who would be responsible then? I'll leave you with that thought...

An excellent residence for the care of the elderly. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the lake and within the town center. The building is modern and offers all necessary amenities.
