Mother left us last month and we want to thank all the staff for the treatment she received and for us during her stay. We know that day-to-day work is complicated with these cases and therefore, there have been moments of everything, but we keep the best. I hope that with the new management it will go even better, for the benefit of the workers, residents and families. Thank you.

I can talk about my experience as a family member, there have been good things and bad things, if I put it on a scale the good things weigh more and what I have seen and what I have lived I qualify as a good experience and that is why I want to thank those who took good care of my mother and those who did not, if there were any, let it be on their conscience.

Although the time my father spent with us was short, I want to deeply thank him for the help and support he received until the end. The entire team, with their close and warm attention, cared for him with dedication and love at all times. From the first to the last person, every kind gesture, every smile, brought us great comfort. The close treatment, both with the residents and with the families, has helped us to always feel comforted, as if we were part of a big family. My father was treated with love and immense professionalism. I only have words of gratitude left for everything they have done for him and for us. THANK YOU

My aunt left us a few days ago and spent her last days at the residence. This was because the residence felt like home. In no way, when she felt that the time was coming, did she want to spend her last days anywhere other than the residence. Throughout the time she lived there, she was very happy. She let us know every time we spoke that she was very comfortable, that she felt very well treated, valued and felt great appreciation for all the staff at the residence. I want to thank her on behalf of myself and the entire family for this professional and close treatment at the same time. My grandmother was here until very recently. I can only express my gratitude for all the time they were able to care for her. All the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The center itself is quite large, with bright, airy facilities filled with natural light, including the bedrooms. The building is beautifully surrounded by a garden and natural environment, which is a real plus when you want to take a stroll with your family member and relax.
