I would like to express my sincere congratulations to the entire team at Residencia Els Pins for their exemplary work. Your commitment, professionalism and human warmth make this residence much more than a care center: it is a true home. For the people who live there, Els Pins represents a safe, welcoming and dignified space, where they receive the attention and respect they deserve. And for families, it is an immense peace of mind to know that our loved ones are in the hands of professionals who care for them with respect and responsibility. You are a benchmark in care for the elderly, not only for the quality of the services you offer, but also for the way you make each resident feel valued, listened to and accompanied. Thank you very much for your dedication. Keep up the good work, making every day an opportunity to care, share and love.

Today the solfa choir from Pla de l'Estany gave a performance in the gardens, with many residents comfortably seated in the shade of the trees and very well looked after by the staff. I got a very good impression of the facilities and the treatment.

My mother died on January 27, 2017, and my father on April 18, 2017, at the Els Pins residence. In both cases, the center treated us exceptionally well. They took care of my parents, and all of us too: my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. They were respectful, understanding, kind, and caring—from the director and nurses to the psychologist, the administrator, the social worker, the physiotherapists, the caregivers, and even the maintenance and cleaning staff. This was true throughout the entire time my parents lived at the residence, which was for about four years. Obviously, with so many staff members, not everyone is the same; some are more dedicated than others, some are friendlier, some are more experienced, and so on. But all we can say is a huge THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

The worst experience of my life, your grandmother dies and the people at the residence don't inform you about the death and my father (her son) has to find out 5 hours later, on top of that when my father found out about his mother's death, he called the residence and Miss Esther Cortes attended to him in a very bad manner and without any education asking him not to get so nervous (you are asking a person who has just found out that their mother has died not to get nervous), my father just wanted to know why they hadn't informed him about his mother's death, today January 23 we went to ask the management of the Els Pins Residence for explanations, Mr. Luis AMO, director of said residence, attended to us, trying to wash his hands of any type of error on his part, THEY HAD 4 TELEPHONE NUMBERS TO CONTACT US, in none of the 4 numbers there is any call from said resistance, we told him that We wanted to file a complaint. Having encountered a lack of humanity, professionalism, and politeness, we have decided to file a complaint with higher-level organizations. This complaint is addressed to the principal (Mr. Luis Amo), the assistant principal (Ms. Esther Cortés), and the social worker (Ms. Begoña Arenas). We would also like to thank the nurses and assistants for their dedication and professionalism toward my grandmother. If it weren't for them, I don't know what would happen.
