La Residència El Vellet recibe críticas muy negativas de sus usuarios, principalmente dirigidas hacia la dirección y la calidad de atención. Los residentes y familias denuncian falta de calidez humana, compromiso insuficiente por parte del personal directivo, y discrepancias entre los servicios anunciados y los realmente prestados. No se identifican aspectos positivos en las reseñas analizadas, reflejando una experiencia global muy insatisfactoria.

The Director is a zero on the left in human treatment. As nurses the most important thing is the vocation, proximity, welcome, commitment, human warmth to both clients and family.
