It was an excellent care home. My mother used to come for short stays to be with her family, and they always treated her with kindness. She loved the food. Unfortunately, it's closed now, and I can't bring her here anymore, nor can I bring her to another private care home, because there are no vacancies, and many of them don't accept short stays. They've left elderly people who had been there for many years without a home, due to internal circumstances involving a staff member who created a toxic atmosphere and sabotaged everything. Everyone has been affected, and many people are now unemployed. It's a real shame. I hope they reopen soon, and I'm sure it will be full again because the demand is so high. It also saddens me that the town council in Playa de Aro doesn't allocate any budget to building a public care home, given the number of elderly people we have. Anyway, I don't know if it's up to them, but I'll find out. In the end, we'll all reach that stage of life, and we want to stay in our town.

What do we look for when we leave a loved one in a specialized care home? Good treatment, personalized attention, humanity, and empathy. This care home has none of that, especially its director. A real shame and a very bad experience. The best advice is to warn people who are thinking of leaving their relatives in this place: don't do it and look for a more suitable, safe, and humane place.

My family and I are very, very happy with the human and professional treatment...we are very sorry that these workers do what they do. The only ones harmed are the patients who are there so well...as we know from many. We are super happy with it.
