I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the very human and friendly treatment we have received at this residence. It is a welcoming, quiet and well-kept space, where you can see that there is dedication and love for the elderly. My grandmother has been very well looked after at all times. The staff is attentive, patient and always willing to help, which gives the family a lot of peace of mind. We have felt listened to and accompanied, and that is very important. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place.

The director (Laura) has very little empathy. The facility is very small and understaffed, and the grandparents aren't well looked after, not to mention the food. If you want your loved one to live a short time, take them to this residence. I had a family member there, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
