Opiniones

Little interaction with the elderly and a complete lack of empathy for their families. Humane treatment: zero. They don't notify or inform families when patients' conditions worsen. They restricted our visits and didn't warn us when my father's condition deteriorated, which led to him dying alone, without us being able to say goodbye. Later, after his death, we were told that, given his terminal illness, we could have been with him at all times. A serious inconsistency that reflects clear malpractice. From what we've seen and from online comments, this behavior isn't an isolated incident, but a recurring practice at this facility. A grim and poorly maintained center. The elderly are in the worst possible place. A profoundly painful experience. We are considering taking legal action for the harm caused to our family.

Thank you so much to Mutuam for everything, for helping me recover after suffering a stroke. I was hospitalized for two and a half weeks, and I have absolutely no complaints about the facilities, the food, or the staff. A huge thank you to all the staff on Ward B, from the receptionists, the nursing assistants (especially Carolina, the trainee, Mila, Sucma, and Verónica), Olena (the nurse), Montse (the amazing physiotherapist), Eva (the occupational therapist), Gloria (from the psychology department)—thank you all for your dedication, your kindness, your care, and for making me feel so at home. For all of that and more, thank you so much, you're all wonderful!

The inhumane treatment by doctors with over 20 years of experience is shameful. They offer no psychological support or assistance to the nurses; they only see patients as coming in for three months of recovery, getting paid, and having a free bed in 15 days. My patient was 54 years old, and I have the entire treatment from the doctor on the second floor recorded. It was awful... The nurses are afraid of them and obey like lambs, but it's shameful that this happens in Spain. I couldn't believe it. That doctor told him, without any limits, that he was there to die without pain, and if he didn't want to, he could go home. But there are more days than sausages, as they say in Spain.

A very rewarding experience, both from the administration/reception, which was unbeatable, and the care services from the rest of the staff All very professional. Regarding the state of the facilities, perfect, as were the equipment My father Jordi Marti Dalmau and I, on behalf of the rest of the family, appreciate the treatment received.
