They're despicable people who get rid of the elderly by medicating them so they're like zombies and can work as little as possible. My grandmother didn't need to take hydroferol or quetiapine, but they kept giving it to her despite our pleas not to, and she died two weeks later. Don't leave your family members there.

The care given to the residents is deplorable. They're left there and the staff do nothing, neglecting them while they sit on their phones. I saw it with my own eyes; they make no effort to ensure the residents have a good quality of life while they're there. I find it shameful that these kinds of people work in a place like this, with such vulnerable individuals. The service is appalling. The staff clearly have zero motivation to work; it's obvious they're doing the bare minimum out of obligation, not for the residents' well-being.
