The treatment of family members is appalling. Don't go to management; they will never agree with your complaints. The manager is incredibly rude. They should be suspended, regardless of the number of management positions they hold at different centers. The service is terrible, and they use insults. Where have you ever seen management like this? Don't take family members to this center. They will be badly burned, as I was. The nurse was extremely rude to family members. BEWARE. You will regret it, and that's why I'm warning you. Look for other residences. We, the family members, don't deserve this kind of treatment.

Very few staff... and therefore little attention, it's impossible for the poor girls to do everything. In the mornings, there's a "psychologist" who could be bothered to do something with the residents. The independent one there is very good, but if you're dependent... parked in a room with a TV on in front of you. stimulation... 0 I think that for what you pay... in many private residences they work better and the facilities are old... it seems that the management is doing well that way... but... not at all recommended.
