La Residencia Nuestra Señora de la Paz cuenta con una gestión y equipo profesional altamente valorados por los usuarios, destacándose por la calidad de atención personalizada, el trato humanitario hacia los residentes y la disposición del personal para mejorar continuamente. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación relevante respecto a las limitaciones de recursos de personal y las políticas restrictivas de visitas, que dificultan que las familias compartan momentos especiales con los residentes y afecten negativamente al contacto familiar necesario para su bienestar integral.

I did my professional internship in 2019 at this residence, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to complete my training as a social and healthcare professional. I was only there for a short time, but I am delighted with the way they work, the treatment, the attention, and the affection with which the staff care for our elderly residents, from the person who greets you at the door to the director. I wish all residences had this model, and that all our elderly people in the country and around the world were treated as they deserve: with humanity, empathy, respect, and lots of love.

Limited staff resources. Very restricted visiting hours. It's impossible to spend special days with our elderly residents, not even for a meal, even if we have to pay for the menu. I understand it's a public residence, but this visiting policy doesn't really foster the contact and family attention that the residents need.
