El Centro Residencial Ricardo Bermingham destaca por contar con un equipo profesional y servicios de calidad en general, particularmente en el área de cuidados paliativos donde el personal demuestra dedicación y humanidad excepcionales. Sin embargo, la experiencia se ve significativamente afectada por la presencia de un médico en la segunda planta cuya actitud distante, desinteresada y poco empática genera una experiencia negativa que contrasta con el resto de la atención recibida.

It's an excellent center in many ways, both in terms of services and staff, who generally demonstrate great professionalism. However, the new doctor on the second floor leaves much to be desired. Her manner is rude, distant, and uninterested. She answers any question without looking you in the eye and systematically refers you to the nurses. It's especially disappointing to find such a cold and inhumane attitude on a ward where patients are going through such delicate situations.

There are no words enough to express our gratitude for the care our mother received from the palliative care staff on the second floor. Our gratitude for the kindness, care, and dedication shown by the doctors, assistants, nurses, orderlies, and others during this time is immeasurable, demonstrating what true work is about.
