My mother-in-law was very fortunate to live at Aita Etxe for almost nine years, until her passing. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for the care she received, especially her. She lived a peaceful and happy life. It's a small center with a family atmosphere, very accessible for visits and spending time with the residents. Communication with the management and staff is fluid and transparent. The food is prepared on-site, and you can see what they eat. There's a very stable staff. They also take care of leisure activities, organizing outings for those who are able. But above all, I would highlight the affection with which they treated my mother-in-law and our family. We have no doubt that we would return, and I recommend it to anyone who wants their loved one to be well cared for in a family environment where everyone knows each other and personal needs and circumstances are taken into account. Wonderful treatment from the moment I arrived. The human and professional quality of the management, nurse, doctor, cook, and support staff was IMPRESSIVE!! I had a family member hospitalized for several months, and I couldn't be more grateful to everyone, including the other residents and families.
