Our father spent 16 months at the Ois Nursing Home (Coirós) and we were delighted. It was a very difficult decision to bring him there, but now we know it was the best thing we could have done for him, as he was cared for and looked after with care and, above all, with a lot of LOVE. We are very grateful to the entire staff, especially Javi (physiotherapist) and Mari (director) for their attention, dedication, and dedication throughout. We felt like family. The home is very beautiful, quiet, sunny, and has modern facilities (lounge areas, activity room, gym, kitchen, dining room, and more) and spacious single rooms with lots of natural light. We highly recommend it.

The truth is that everything was great. My grandmother stayed there for six and a half years, and it was like her second home. At first, she hated nursing homes, but now she's completely different. Very professional and attentive. I would definitely come back. Many thanks to the entire Xeriatrico de Ois team.

Unfortunately, we had to bring my grandmother here because, due to her senile dementia and advanced Alzheimer's, it was impossible to care for her at home. She receives constant attention here, but honestly, I always see her poorly groomed, wearing the same clothes even though I buy her a few extra things each month. Ultimately, I think that if it weren't for the fact that there are professionals caring for her 24/7 and managing to get her to eat and take her medication—something that was nearly impossible at home—I wouldn't continue leaving her here and would take her back home. I don't recommend this residence unless it's closer than others for weekly visits, although I probably wouldn't recommend any other because I believe that, as long as possible, family should be at home. Anyway, thank you to the team for taking care of my grandmother; I know it's not easy because of her illness, and at least you manage to make her as comfortable as possible, despite the difficulties. Thank you.

Very poor management; the staff are unqualified. The nursing home costs a lot of money, and they shouldn't be neglecting the residents. They need to be bathed more often every day, and staff should check on their rooms frequently to see if they need anything, which they aren't doing.
