A great experience with my parents. It's a bright and healthy place in La Espenuca. The staff are attentive and caring towards residents and families. There's a large open area for walking. Very open and welcoming. Very grateful. My only wish was for more activities for the elderly residents.

Based on a family member's experience, I'd give it one star just to avoid giving it zero. Starting with the nonexistent security, cleanliness is practically nonexistent. There's absolutely no entertainment for the elderly, and hardly any staff to attend to the residents. The claim of modern facilities is laughable, and I'll stop there because a whole day and night wouldn't be enough to describe everything I saw. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
