Excellent service. Comfortable rooms. Personnel truly cares for their residents. The Director really cares as well and is always looking for ways to offer a great service. It’s pricey however.

My father, 100, spent his last year and a half at La Residencia el Remanso, and what Dora, its magnificent, indispensable, and unparalleled director, told us on the first day, "We're going to try to make it his home," was a real achievement. He always felt heard, cared for, and very, very loved. El Remanso truly operates as a team; the treatment is exquisite, and everything is done to make sure your loved one feels as good as possible. The medical team, coordinated by Dr. Cano, a magnificent physician with infinite patience. The extremely professional and friendly nursing staff, including Raquel, Lucía, Cristina, and Marco, and everyone else: the "Geros" Mar, Alejandro, Almudena, the reception staff with Alma and María, the efficient Bea, the sensitive Teresa... the physiotherapists, Vanessa always ready for anything, Rodrigo tireless, Daniel and Marcial from Maintenance, and María José in the dining room. It's impossible to mention everyone. They are all understanding, share commitment, sensitivity, and spread love and joy everywhere. How lucky to have them caring for my father. My gratitude and affection are enormous; I will always keep them in my mind and heart.

The residence is spacious, clean, with wide hallways, beautiful facilities, a garden, and plenty of natural light. Best of all are the wonderful professionals who treat the residents with such care and affection. They are well looked after, kept clean, and very well attended to. I couldn't be more grateful to Dora, the director, and her team for the way they care for my father, who is currently a resident.
