Opiniones

Every time I visit a friend, I'm met by such lovely people. The staff is charming, very attentive and caring towards everyone. It's a joy to see how they treat her and the patience they have. You can tell they do their job with love.

INCREDIBLY BAD place I have never seen an elderly person treated so badly. Every time I go to see my aunt, she's standing in the same corner doing nothing, like a dog on a leash, with no one even looking at her. There are only 4 people in the dining room for 30 dependent residents, and they let food fall to the ground because they aren't paying attention to any of the elderly people. The food, if you can even call it food, is awful—a greasy, bad soup that you wouldn't even feed to animals. This unbelievable treatment for €3,700? A disastrous place. It's time we started looking out for the elderly.

A friend of mine was admitted there to recover after falling in the street. She's now home, fully recovered, and happy to have been here. We want to thank the entire team who made it possible for her to return home and who also made her feel at home during the months she needed to be there.

Restaurants Poor and poor food. The same for everyone. Nothing is personalized, even though they claim to have a nutritionist to study each resident's needs.

A terrible experience at the DomusVi residence. The level of care is appalling, with blatant neglect of the residents. Most seriously, the call buttons for the nurses don't work, posing an unacceptable risk to the health and safety of the elderly. The staff's lack of responsiveness and empathy only exacerbates the situation. This place urgently needs a review of its protocols and conditions. I absolutely do not recommend it.
