Opiniones

We just admitted my mother, and although I can't yet evaluate the nursing home services, I can appreciate the attention they've given to my mother's needs, showing complete concern for her and none for the financial aspect. The first priority has been the personal needs and care for my mother, and we've been delighted with that. I have no doubt the care will be top-notch. Many thanks to Victor for his help and guidance.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the wonderful care we received from all the staff. Everyone was always ready to help in any way necessary, both for the family and our loved one, always with a smile and selfless love for our elderly residents. My cousin stayed with me for almost a year, and he felt like the most loved person in the world. From the cleaning staff, caregivers, nurses, activity coordinator, receptionists, social workers, and management... I wouldn't want to forget anyone. Thank you for helping him feel at home and for all the love and support he received. It's a place I would undoubtedly go to when I couldn't be alone.

We are all very happy and grateful for the highly professional medical and geriatric care, as well as the loving attention our mother received in her later years. The facilities are new, high-quality, and have ample outdoor spaces, including gardens. The 4-star rating is because there are always a few details that can be improved during the first six months of operation, and it will undoubtedly soon deserve 5 stars.

The staff, like everywhere else, were a mixed bag: some very good, others with very little motivation to work—far too few for all the people there. The food was very scarce, and the coordinator, whenever I said something, didn't like it and always argued back. There was only one nurse and one doctor twice a week; my sister was denied a doctor to see my father. I've heard complaints from staff members; if they're treated so poorly, how can they possibly take good care of the elderly? If my father got sick, they'd take him to the University Hospital Complex of A Coruña (CHUAC) alone, and if someone went with him, they had to pay. Of course, they charged for everything... He was admitted to the Oza Hospital and they still charged, even after he died. It's a business with bitter families who remain silent for fear of reprisals.

Highly recommended, not only for the facilities, which are beautiful and functional, but also for the human and technical quality of its professionals. Respect, dignity, good treatment, kindness...
