Sin embargo, existe una crítica muy grave de un familiar que denuncia negligencia grave en la atención, falta de supervisión, retención de información médica y consecuencias sanitarias severas para su padre, lo que sugiere posibles problemas significativos en la calidad de cuidado, especialmente en casos de residentes con subsidio.

My mother moved in during the summer and, since then, has found a place where her stage of life is truly understood, along with the importance of older adults living with their peers, creating an environment of respect, companionship, and well-being. I would especially highlight the wide variety of activities that encourage participation, independence, and social interaction—essential for maintaining a good quality of life. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, instilling confidence and peace of mind in both the residents and us, their families.

ACTUALMENTE RESIDO EN LA RESIDENCIA ELDER, QUE SUERTE LA MÍA DE VIVIR AQUÍ. PARECE MENTIRA PERO ES VERDAD, AQUÍ TENGO DE TODO, UN BUEN APARTAMENTO, UN FENOMENAL TRATO,UN PRECIOSO PATIO Y JARDÍN PARA PASAR LAS TARDES DE VERANO. ADEMÁS DE UNA PISCINA PARA HACER REHABILITACIÓN EN VERANO CON EL FISIO. RECOMIENDO ESTA RESIDENCIA TANTO SI TE ENCUENTRAS SOLO COMO SI ERES ALGO DEPENDIENTE. UN SALUDO.

My grandmother lives there. She came here due to a fall caused by health problems and has improved dramatically. She lives in an apartment, which is the best part of the residence. And the entire staff is wonderful. A ten in every way.

This nursing home is terrible, especially if you're entitled to a subsidized place. I speak from experience, as family members have found my father on the floor more than once, without food. They show no concern for him when he's very ill; they don't care about anything, only about getting paid. I have proof of how they treated my father and his closest relatives, refusing to give them any information about his condition, even when he was hospitalized. They didn't even know where he was, withholding any health information. He developed gangrene and sepsis from a foot infection, and they had to amputate it. It leaves much to be desired. In my opinion, and that of many others who know Elder, leaving an elderly person there isn't about caring for them, but about letting them die under a roof.
