La Residencia de Ancianos San Víctor recibe valoraciones muy polarizadas que reflejan tanto la excelencia en la atención y cuidados de los residentes como graves problemas en la comunicación y gestión administrativa. Mientras que los usuarios elogian ampliamente la calidad del personal, la comida y el ambiente acogedor, existen denuncias serias sobre la falta de respeto al atender llamadas de familiares y la negativa de información en situaciones críticas, lo que ha generado profunda insatisfacción y desconfianza en la gestión de la residencia.

My aunt stayed here for a time as she needed full time care. The faculty is amazing, the nuns amazing as is the level of care and food. There’s a bird named Ruffino that loves the ladies. He follows this one lady around I’m her walker it is really cute.

I want to express my dissatisfaction. I called from Colombia to inquire about the health of someone there, and a woman yelled rudely at me not to call again and hung up on me. I think it's disrespectful, since information can't be denied to anyone, especially when calling from outside of Spain. What a bad image...

In case it helps, tell the Mother Superior or whoever else might be interested that they should use the Residence, for example, when calling relatives. That way, they'll pick up the phone right away, since there are so many viruses and scams that when the number comes up alone, they probably won't pick it up. I hope it helps so they take it into account. Thank you.

Zero stars. We traveled 1200 kilometers only to receive no information, even though it was my father who died there. I plan to return with a good lawyer. Very disappointed.

The best nursing home in Tomelloso, like all those run by the Little Sisters of the Helpless Elderly. Don't forget one thing: Those who serve God by caring for others will always have a qualitative advantage over those who do it for business.
