Opiniones

My mother has been in this care home for a year, and I have nothing but praise for most of the staff there. What I appreciated most was their constant communication with families, keeping us informed of everything we needed. Every time I visited, they tried to help me whenever I needed it. My mother is no longer in the care home because we brought her to Albacete so she could be closer to us; otherwise, she would still be there. Special thanks to Flor and Nieves, who were the ones I had the most contact with.

They kept my grandfather locked up for 4 months, supposedly because of Covid. 4 months in a room without seeing sunlight. He lost his mind from being locked up and not being able to see his family (not even in jail do they treat them like that!). Today, November 17th, they called us saying they were taking him to the hospital because he was vomiting blood. A little while later, they called us from the hospital. He tested positive for Covid. After having overcome it and being unable to see him for more than two weeks because there were positive cases at the nursing home, they told us he had been reinfected, that he had pneumonia, and that the prognosis was serious. At 6, he died. This is the care they give our elderly patients. They have severe pneumonia, and they don't even realize it... they're letting them die. We couldn't say goodbye to him. The police were with us at the cemetery, not even giving us privacy to say goodbye. There were only 6 people. And then the lab results showed that he didn't have Covid. They vaccinated him for "pneumonia" a few days earlier at this nursing home without consulting the family. Coincidence?

A good place for seniors. They treat them very well, as do families.

For the service, the treatment of residents and their families, the facilities, and for the lovely people who work there.
