La Residencia Virgen del Rosario presenta una clara división en las experiencias de los usuarios: mientras algunos residentes independientes y sus familias destacan la excelente calidad de las instalaciones, el personal dedicado y el trato personalizado recibido, otros denuncian graves deficiencias en la atención a personas dependientes, falta de personal suficiente y, especialmente, problemas graves de comunicación y trato inadecuado por parte de la dirección y propietarias. Las opiniones extremas (mayormente 5 o 1 estrella) sugieren que la calidad del servicio depende mucho de las necesidades específicas

The management is excellent, the facilities are new and good, the staff are fantastic; I'll have to assess the rest over time.

If your relative is independent, the residence is fine; they'll have lunch, dinner, and a bed. But if they're semi-dependent or not, it's not recommended at all. The staff there are generally wonderful and do what they can, but I understand they're following orders from the two women who run the business and are also the owners—the Mother Superior and her daughter. In my opinion, and after four months of having my mother there, these two women should be banned from running a care home. If you love your relative and can afford it, look for another option.

We couldn't continue caring for my grandfather around the clock, and I believe that giving him the opportunity to stay at this residence has been the best decision our family has ever made. The treatment and conditions are excellent, and the care provided to residents is personalized and immediate. We have spoken with families who also have relatives at the Virgen del Rosario residence, and we all agree that the treatment and service are exceptional. Greetings to all of you who are considering this option, and I encourage you from the bottom of my heart to offer this opportunity to your elders who most need companionship and care when your situation is overwhelming you. Don't hesitate to make this decision, as you will be 100% satisfied and happy.

Since I brought my grandfather to this residence, I can only express my gratitude for the excellent treatment and care he's received. Both the facilities and the service are pleasant and perfect for the elderly residents. They always keep us informed of everything that's happening and how my grandfather is progressing, which is greatly appreciated. Plus, the meals they serve are fantastic! I highly recommend this residence!

Not recommended at all. The staff are wonderful, but there aren't enough of them, so they can't do everything, and the care the residents need isn't what they're looking for. The two women who own the residence have no tact or manners when dealing with our elderly residents…
