If you love your family member, please don't put them in a bad nursing home. Here in a review, "Natalia" summed it up perfectly. What happens inside, stays inside; there's a lot of secrecy. The day my family member left, we regained our happiness. From the first night, I couldn't sleep because of everything we saw. If you choose this place, don't trust anyone. But if you don't want to make the same mistake we did, look for something more decent.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. It's a complete disgrace. I don't even know how it's still open. Poor management, disorganization among the staff, misinformation from residents to their families—they tell you one thing and then it's something completely different. They care very little about the people there. And I could go on and on...

The house of horrors! I can't describe it any other way, and even though my review keeps disappearing, I won't tire of posting it. I don't think it's fair to pay a fortune only to receive such poor service. I'm not attaching photos out of sensitivity, but I should.

I'm absolutely delighted with the care home and especially with the staff. They couldn't be kinder or more charming. They treat my grandfather wonderfully, with the same love and care we give him. It's truly a fantastic choice. Keep up the good work! We need more staff like you...you're all amazing.
