I'm giving it one star because there's no zero. It's the worst of the worst. They're shameless, they don't care about the patients, and they lie about everything they can. My father left with malnutrition, severe pneumonia, and physical disability. Thank God, after three months and with therapy, he's recovering. I absolutely do not recommend it.

How is it possible that residents are being taken out for walks in this cold? My relative had to be hospitalized with pneumonia because they were left without a coat and taken outside. They are shameless, the staff, doctors, and management alike. They leave the poor elderly to their fate. Disgraceful!

How is it possible that hairdressers are allowed to close their salons to smoke? Not only do they stop doing their jobs, they're doing something illegal, and they leave behind a smell that you'd have to be in bad shape not to notice. It's unbelievable that this is allowed.
