Staff shortages and a complete lack of compassion. My aunt left there and went to the hospital with three broken ribs and internal fluid buildup as a result. She went to the hospital and never came out, despite being in excellent health, but receiving appalling care in her final months. As long as the person is mobile, it's not so bad, but if they need even a little more attention, they don't provide it. And then, when you ask for explanations as a family member, the Mother Superior tells you she has no record of anything and knows nothing. SHAMEFUL.

If you have a family member there, get them out and you'll save their life. We admitted a relative, and within a few months, they were bedridden in a ward with barely any care in what they call "nursing." There were countless trips to the hospital, and the last one resulted in very serious injuries sustained at the residence, which led to their death. They haven't had the basic compassion to offer explanations or comfort my family in the face of this loss, hastened by their lack of professionalism and complete absence of humanity—something all our vulnerable loved ones need when they enter this facility. I hope this review can save someone else's life, as I didn't get there in time to save my relative.

At the residence of Our Lady of the Protected, they are wonderful people, the nuns are super kind and loving, and I would also like to thank those who speak to me there. They are very funny and nice, the elderly who are admitted there, and my grandmother is admitted there, and they treat her super well, and for that I am super happy and content, thank you so much.
