La Residencia Geriátrica La Concepción destaca por su dirección comprometida, instalaciones de calidad y un equipo mayoritariamente cálido y profesional que ofrece atención personalizada, actividades recreativas y comunicación fluida con las familias, generando confianza en el cuidado de los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante reportada por una familia respecto al trato inadecuado de algunos cuidadores hacia los residentes, lo que sugiere la necesidad de mejorar la supervisión y selección del personal para garantizar estándares consistentes de calidad asistencial.

Starting with the treatment we received from the director, Juanjo, and the assistants we met, they provided exceptional care from the very beginning. They were patient, and communication was seamless from the start. They were attentive and provided meals and personalized attention, rehabilitation, board games, music, and a television room. But above all, I must highlight the warm, direct, and personal approach they offer. When you leave, you feel at ease knowing that your loved one is cared for, attended to, and loved. And that is priceless.

My mother moved into the residence yesterday, and both the Director and the rest of the staff were very attentive and professional. The facilities are good, and the community is quiet, making it ideal for seniors. They were very efficient and quick to respond to requests.

After one of my many visits to this care home to see my mother, I can't speak highly of it because I witnessed the way some of the caregivers treated her. I don't think they should be there, so I want to make it known that it's not what it seems. Some of these caregivers should be monitored for how they treat the elderly residents, because some shouldn't be working there at all. I simply want to raise awareness so that other families are aware of the treatment their loved ones receive there.
