Mi madre ingreso allí en Noviembre de 2020 y desde entonces, cada vez que hablamos con ella dice que no se quiere ir de allí a ninguna parte. Que le tratan con mucho cariño, que está muy calentita, que la comida está muy rica y todo bien. Ella muy contenta y nosotros también. Alguna vez nos han dejado entrar hasta la misma habitación y está todo impecable de limpio. Ninguna queja.

The professionals who care for the elderly are, without a doubt, the best. The sisters/mothers there are wonderful in their treatment of the elderly... except for the one currently standing in for the Mother Superior, who is absent. She is a real despot who doesn't allow the elderly residents to be given anything to drink while they eat lunch or dinner, making it very clear in a very rude manner and calling them terrible professionals. Furthermore, according to her, it's more important that they eat... even if the poor things are soiled. Shameful!

From the moment the elderly enter the nursing home, they're separated into a men's and women's area. They're not going to do things that stray from the idea of God... they're not up for that kind of thing at this point. They only put the TV on when there are visitors. And when they're done, goodbye.
