First and foremost, my advice is that if you truly want your loved one to be well cared for, think twice before bringing them to this residence. A close relative recently passed away due to negligence at this facility. As a healthcare professional, I advise them to hire more qualified staff. I understand that the residence is located in a small town, not a city, so elderly residents from nearby villages will come here because they have no other option. Just to mention, they were without a doctor for a long time, which is shameful, and the nurses only stay for three days. There is no daily hygiene service or proper care. I believe that the elderly need certain minimum standards, given that they don't pay little for what the residence costs, and they deserve respect and care. Otherwise, the staff shouldn't be working in this field. They are very strict about visits, as the residence is neither tidy nor clean. They try to extract money from residents in every way imaginable—hairdressing, pharmacy (they included medication for my relative that they had never taken). We will be taking appropriate legal action. If I worked there, I'd be ashamed. I'D REALLY THINK TWICE ABOUT IT. When we're older, if we end up in a care home, we'd like to have certain basic necessities.

My grandmother died due to their negligence, their abandonment. At the hospital, they told us they should have seen her sooner, and there, day after day, she was ill and received no proper care. The day we went to collect her belongings, they didn't want us to go in so we wouldn't see the state of everything. The elderly residents were poorly cared for and unkempt. It was terrible. They paint a pretty picture, but it's not like that at all.

Terrible nursing home. Everything seems great until things go wrong. They don't provide proper care. I had a relative die suddenly due to the staff's negligence in not treating them and taking them to the hospital. The answer they give is that they didn't want to go to the hospital. These people are "responsible" for the care of people who pay a fortune in this nursing home, and they limit themselves to answering that. I also understand that if, for example, an elderly person doesn't want to shower, they don't give them a shower, or if they don't want to take their medication, they don't give it to them? Such responsibility makes me ashamed. I've had to take legal action for the negligence they've committed.

Terrible treatment of our relatives who are there, and also of the relatives of the residents. We want to inquire about the well-being of our parents... grandparents... and we don't receive adequate attention; they don't even allow us to wish them a happy birthday, claiming they are too busy. When we call, they tell us they will contact us, and we don't receive any response until we call back ourselves. This is shameful. If they're not qualified for this profession, they should do something else; we need people to pick olives... Anyway, we will continue fighting for our relatives because they gave us everything when they were young. Don't forget that. If it were your parents, things would be very different because they're there not by choice, and we thought they would be very well cared for, but it's not what we imagined.

A magnificent residence, and the residents are treated wonderfully. The staff are incredibly kind and take excellent care of all the elderly residents. The management is also fantastic; they are very friendly and helpful in every way possible. The facilities are very spacious and always spotless; the meticulous cleaning is evident. An excellent residence and 100% recommended.
