Opiniones

We arrived in October and were surprised by the high level of coordination, professionalism, empathy, care, cleanliness, food, facilities, etc. The team is incredibly kind to the residents; highly recommended. We are from Ciudad Real, but we would return to this residence a hundred times over. My sincerest congratulations to the director, Laura, and her entire team.

I had my doubts about the care homes, but the treatment my father received from all the nurses and other staff was excellent. In his final days, they treated us very well; everyone was very professional and kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. They treat our elderly so well, everything is so clean, and the food looks delicious. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Alberto García-Muñoz, son of Jesús García-Muñoz de Coca

After a little over 10 months, I finally feel strong enough to write a review of this nursing home where my grandmother stayed for about 5 months. Like most places, this nursing home was understaffed. The hygiene of the residents was appalling; they weren't even able to brush the teeth of someone who couldn't do it themselves. During the hours they were in the common room, there was rarely anyone checking on them; they only came by occasionally. My grandmother ate perfectly well when she first arrived, but after 3 months they switched her to eating only purees and baby food. She lost a lot of weight and had hardly any strength left. They practically didn't feed her for a week because she didn't seem well, and the doctor there prescribed Oraldine… It's a shame that a healthcare professional couldn't even prescribe mouthwash. So my mother had to call to have her taken to the hospital, and she died 5 days later. I don't recommend this nursing home, as the communication we received was minimal and the services for the residents were of poor quality.

It's a good residence, well-equipped for seniors, with a qualified staff dedicated to each resident's needs. It's very spacious and has everything necessary for the residents' requirements. There's natural light throughout, large lounges, play areas, and spacious, comfortable shared and private rooms. The food is varied and very good, with homemade desserts and traditional dishes. Meals are adapted to each resident's needs if required. It's clean and has a pleasant atmosphere overall.

The food is excellent, with a wide variety of balanced and delicious menus. The rooms are very bright, and there's a large patio where the residents can enjoy the fresh air and participate in activities. They have a therapist who leads them in exercise and games; my relative really enjoys playing dominoes. A doctor is available two days a week, which is great for treating any acute illness. Without a doubt, it's the best place for my relative to live.
