La Residencia de Ancianos Enfermos Crónicos Nuestra Señora de Fátima presenta opiniones polarizadas: mientras que la mayoría de usuarios elogia el trato dedicado, las actividades, el ambiente familiar y los precios razonables, existe una reseña muy negativa que denuncia graves deficiencias en la atención médica (como una deshidratación que requirió hospitalización), falta de empatía del personal y problemas en la calidad de la comida y medicamentos. My experience was terrifying. My mother had to be admitted to the hospital in Puertollano for dehydration, something inconceivable. The treatment they received wasn't the best either, nor was it towards the family when we went to visit. There was zero empathy when my mother passed away and her daughter was at the entrance of the nursing home and they wouldn't let her in. Imagine that pain and helplessness. I have so many things to say about the food, the medications, the people who are bedridden, but the only thing I want is for this to stop happening... don't take your elderly relatives to this nursing home.
