The organization is a complete disaster. My father-in-law was there for a while, and the laundry only washed two of his cell phones in less than three months. He was completely neglected. He went more than a week without water in the middle of summer. The medical reports we have and the photos of my father-in-law's mouth prove it. I speak from experience and have photos. A prisoner is better cared for in jail than my father-in-law was in this residence. I wouldn't even leave a poor cat there to be looked after. Furthermore, when you call, there are days when you can get tired of calling and they don't answer, even though the assistants supposedly carry cell phones. I also have to mention that the day my father-in-law left, they didn't give him all his belongings because some had gone missing—including a fan and a suitcase. Imagine the state of their organization to lose personal items of that size.

A few months ago, we admitted my grandmother to the center. She's a resident with early-stage dementia, but currently stable and oriented, so we were quite concerned about her adjustment to the center. From the moment she arrived, the staff at the center were incredibly dedicated to her. The care is personal, which is very reassuring. They are also very involved with the family. Another thing we really appreciate is the wide range of activities they offer to promote active aging. They also have leisure activities specifically for the residents. My grandmother seems very happy and always speaks highly of the center and the staff. She shares her own opinion more than my family's, and we are so happy to see her doing well. Thank you to the entire team.

The residence is very old, it has two floors, and the elderly residents have to walk up and down in elevators that are just as old as the building itself. As for organization, they're a disaster. From what I've read, it wasn't just one person whose phone was washed. I'll never understand how these things can happen in a laundry. It seems the employees aren't very attentive to the clothes and probably do their own laundry like that at home. As for answering the phone, like I've read, it's happened to me too. You call a few times and get bored; they don't answer. There are definitely better residences in town.

I can share a bad experience with this facility, and I think it's important for people to know about the services they offer. My grandfather was there, and the treatment was inhumane. He suffered from dementia and ended up at the hospital dehydrated several times. It's also worth noting that the facilities at this nursing home are poorly maintained and are outdated.

Well, I can't say anything good about our grandfather's stay at their facilities... Everything is very old, poorly maintained, the cleanliness is appalling, the nursing staff treated him inhumanely, the personnel are unqualified, the internal management is a disaster, in short... A word to the wise is sufficient!
