El pasado uno de julio el grupo GB residencias cumplió quince años de ardua labor y gran sacrificio de todo el equipo profesional de nuestro centro. Cabe destacar que en estos años hemos crecido como grupo ya que tuvimos la suerte de abrir la residencia comunitaria el pasado mes de noviembre de 2018, contando con 40 plazas públicas de carácter regional para personas con trastorno mental grave.

La Residencia Asistida de Mayores Nuestra Señora del Rosario recibe críticas unánimemente devastadoras de sus usuarios, quienes denuncian negligencia generalizada en la atención, higiene deficiente, falta de supervisión del personal y un trato que bordea el abuso, a pesar de sus tarifas elevadas (2400€ mensuales); el único aspecto positivo mencionado es el servicio médico, insuficiente para compensar las graves deficiencias en el cuidado diario y la calidad de vida de los residentes.

A terrible, completely negative experience. There were daily communication breakdowns between the staff. If I hadn't been there, my mother would have been given another resident's medication. Without a doubt, it's the worst care home in the area, and the most expensive at €2400. A bedridden resident can easily wait over an hour to have their feces cleaned. A disastrous care home. When I hear the radio ads, it makes me sick... Don't even think about taking your family members to this place. I'm giving it one star because otherwise, it's impossible to publish this review; this care home is a zero. HORRIBLE! I repeat, don't bring your family members to this care home. They would be better cared for anywhere else than in this place, if you can even call it that.

Please don't go there, it's horrible. They don't pay attention to the people there and the care is zero. Everything they have at the door must have been bought by them. Otherwise, I don't understand why it's horrible. I'm attaching a photo of how the toilets are.

Honestly, the worst care home in the entire area. 2400 euros a month for absolutely nothing. I repeat, 2400 euros a month, not counting the extra 1.20 euros a day if you don't have a wheelchair, and 0.40 euros for each item of clothing labeled. The service looks great on the outside, but inside, everyone is practically alone. We arrived one day and she was wet; she had urinated and they hadn't changed her, and she'd been like that for almost four hours. Seriously, don't take anyone there. I say this firsthand; it's the worst care home in the entire area, and I have good reason to say so. Please, if you have another option, don't bring them. When you try to admit someone, they also make excuses, saying things like, "If it's Monday, they're too busy," and "What about Fridays? They go away for the weekend!" Please, I'm being completely serious. The people there are NEGLECTED, AND I REPEAT, FOR 2400 EUROS A MONTH

I'm giving it one star because it's the bare minimum. It's not worthy of a 5-star rating, much less a Quality Certificate. This makes me question the requirements for awarding such a certificate. For 60 euros a day, which is 1800 a month, they should treat guests like royalty, and the staff and doctors' lack of concern is appalling. 15

If what you want is a prison-like environment for your loved ones, this is the place for you. Take, for example, what happened this afternoon with my grandmother, who uses a wheelchair and asked them to loosen her seatbelt a little because it was bothering her. The staff member pretended to do it (because my mother was on the phone), and when my grandmother thanked the staff member, she replied: "Well, just so you know, I didn't unbuckle it" (my mother overheard this on the phone; imagine what they do when no one else is listening). Another day, they locked my grandmother in a kind of punishment cell, and when my mother asked to be allowed to move around the facility, the receptionist was heard threatening my grandmother that they would put her back in there if she made a scene. And the real scene is what they create in this place. The only thing worth mentioning is the medical services. Everything else is appalling.
