1 star and for some assistants who are lovely, the doctor is awful and rude, she doesn't care about the patients and you can't talk to her, she has little ethics, terrible food too, in addition to the exorbitant prices the conditions are military-like.

The nurses were very kind, but the medical organization was appalling. They charge exorbitant prices. The lunches and dinners were meager and the facilities smelled of urine and death. I don't recommend it.

The entire technical team is exemplary; they are dedicated and available 24 hours a day. The food is wonderful—you eat like you're at home, all natural and prepared on-site. Our cooks are like mothers to you. The cleanliness and hygiene are impeccable. Each resident receives meticulous attention and dedication, which is ensured through a comprehensive, individualized assessment by each department. I myself have had my grandmother and many other relatives stay here.

Good facilities, but lately they need maintenance. Meals are bland and poorly cooked. The assistants, some good and others a bit lazy and unprofessional, ignore the residents as much as they can and more. There are few restrooms, and the doctor is only there two days a week... thank goodness, with the pandemic, one from SESCAM is there. As the daughter of a resident, I've had to go daily to make sure my mother was getting a little more care. It's unfortunate to be in a nursing home and have to monitor whether they were fulfilling their duties. I made several personal complaints and requested an interview with management, but they didn't provide one. For me, all that glitters is not gold. I wouldn't bring a family member back. I would share more negative points regarding the treatment my mother received. Here's my review to serve as a reminder. REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT: How dare you say you regret what happened and that you should have said it at the time? How classless you are... you justify the unjustifiable, and I'm very cautious in my review. You should be ashamed of yourself 🤥🤥
