Thank you for your professionalism. From the moment you walk in at reception, the staff are so kind and friendly, the social services are excellent, the nursing assistants are very attentive to our residents, the staff who look after our needs, the physiotherapist is a true professional, and I don't want to forget anyone. My sincerest congratulations to everyone who works there, and given the time of year, I wish you all a happy 2026.

The center is generally very good and modern. The most important thing is the team of people who care for the residents; they are professional, kind, and approachable: the center's management, reception staff, assistants, healthcare workers, therapists... I appreciate their care for my mother. Manuel Moreno, son of a resident.

A great residence with excellent staff who show a lot of care to the residents. One of the best centers in Castilla-La Mancha. I highly recommend it.

I loved the service, the facilities, and the staff. And above all, I was so pleased with how well my aunt was cared for. I don't know where the negative reviews came from, but I think they haven't seen other centers. And this one is truly wonderful. Thank you so much for treating and caring for them so well.

First of all, both the facilities and the services they offer are a lie. The rooms are far too small for two people, and now they expect you to have a view from the room, which means you'd have to stand or sit on the resident's bed because there's not even room for a chair. What are the common areas for then? Furthermore, the care is quite inadequate due to a lack of staff, which has led to serious accidents. Hygiene is also lacking, with family members having to clean up food scraps from both the wheelchairs and the residents themselves.
