Thank you for your professionalism. From the moment you walk in at reception, the staff are so kind and friendly, the social services are excellent, the nursing assistants are very attentive to our residents, the staff who look after our needs, the physiotherapist is a true professional, and I don't want to forget anyone. First of all, both the facilities and the services they offer are a lie. The rooms are far too small for two people, and now they expect you to have a view from the room, which means you'd have to stand or sit on the resident's bed because there's not even room for a chair. What are the common areas for then? Furthermore, the care is quite inadequate due to a lack of staff, which has led to serious accidents. Hygiene is also lacking, with family members having to clean up food scraps from both the wheelchairs and the residents themselves.
