El Centro de día DomusVi Monte Val recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas que destacan la profesionalidad, amabilidad y dedicación del personal en todos los niveles, así como las modernas instalaciones y la excelente calidad de atención a los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una crítica severa que cuestiona el tamaño inadecuado de las habitaciones, la falta de personal que ha originado accidentes, y deficiencias en higiene, lo que sugiere inconsistencias en la calidad del servicio o posibles variaciones en la experiencia según el área o periodo de estancia.

I loved the service, the facilities, and the staff. And above all, I was so pleased with how well my aunt was cared for. First of all, both the facilities and the services they offer are a lie. The rooms are far too small for two people, and now they expect you to have a view from the room, which means you'd have to stand or sit on the resident's bed because there's not even room for a chair. What are the common areas for then? Furthermore, the care is quite inadequate due to a lack of staff, which has led to serious accidents. Hygiene is also lacking, with family members having to clean up food scraps from both the wheelchairs and the residents themselves.
